Instore Services
Data transfer from Device to Device
We will assist with set up of devices purchased in store. Prices start from $40.
We cannot always guarantee all information can be transferred, due to old and incompatible software.
Email/Account Retrieval
We can assist with resetting your password for emails and accounts (eg Gmail, Facebook). We cannot guarantee all passwords can be reset.

Device Clean Up
Removal of unwanted apps and clearing space. We can clean up your device by removing unwanted apps to help with efficiency and performance of your device. Charges apply.
Cutting Down of
Sim Card
If your SIM card doesn’t fit in your new phone, we can cut the existing SIM down or replace with a new one, free of charge.
Basic Phone Setup
Basic set up of handsets not purchased in our store. Charges apply.
Reprinting a Paper Bill
We can reprint a duplicate Telstra bill from your account. Printing charges apply.
Restoring Phone to Factory Setting
